Data Deletion Request

Account holders may request deletion of their account data. To protect provider accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, Novagen must verify the requester before processing the request.

Required Verification

A deletion request will require:

• Account email/login
• Current account password
• NPI number associated with the account

Processing

Once submitted and verified, Novagen will review the request, confirm whether any legal, accounting, shipping, payment, or compliance records must be retained, and remove eligible personal/account data.
